1 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to and use of the pesogame platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gambling laws and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any wager.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pesogame, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from pesogame or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement currently in effect.

2 Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one (1) active pesogame account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering for a pesogame account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. pesogame reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time and to request supporting documentation including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your pesogame login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your pesogame account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that no unauthorized person, including minors, has access to your pesogame account or the device on which it is accessed.
• Logging out of your pesogame account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your pesogame account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify pesogame support immediately. pesogame will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the pesogame platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pesogame does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to player accounts.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• GCash and PayMaya / Maya (instant processing)
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa and Mastercard debit only)

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the pesogame cashier at the time of the transaction. pesogame reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may require identity verification documents before funds are released.

Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pesogame reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal to the original deposit source if the withdrawal method does not match the deposit source, or if identity verification requirements are not satisfied within the stipulated timeframe.

pesogame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet providers. Processing times displayed on the platform are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

pesogame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pesogame promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified pesogame account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• pesogame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

5 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the pesogame platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. pesogame accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

pesogame uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as administered by the live dealer studio. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system or dealer, as applicable.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, pesogame reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. pesogame will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. pesogame reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pesogame platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one pesogame account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the pesogame platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the pesogame platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pesogame platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Accessing the pesogame platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party, including minors, to access or use your pesogame account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the pesogame platform or its infrastructure.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the pesogame platform.

7 Responsible Gaming

pesogame is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of free tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated at any time through the pesogame account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pesogame account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your pesogame account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pesogame platform for a minimum period. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

pesogame strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with Philippine law. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

pesogame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a pesogame account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pesogame implements industry-standard security measures to protect player data, including SSL encryption for all data transmissions and secure storage of personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and pesogame cannot guarantee absolute data security.

pesogame will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the pesogame services (e.g., payment processing, identity verification).

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pesogame platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of pesogame or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pesogame platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pesogame platform without prior written consent from pesogame.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pesogame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pesogame platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

pesogame's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the pesogame platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pesogame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pesogame does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The pesogame platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

pesogame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.
• Any other reason that pesogame, in its reasonable judgment, deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon account termination.

Players may close their own pesogame account at any time by contacting pesogame support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pesogame platform, you agree to first contact pesogame support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pesogame will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent pesogame from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pesogame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pesogame will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the pesogame platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the pesogame platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
